CARE: A Computer-Aided Requirements Engineering Tool for Problem-Oriented Software Development

This paper presents a tool to help software design in the development process. This software prototype will promote further development of Problem Frames framework (PF) and drive it to maturity, i.e., from theoretical research to practical applications.
